The advantage of a physical space of interaction can hardly be overestimated: we have honed a plethora of 21st century skills while keeping self-development, collaboration, confidence and constructive use of the internet as our centring pillars. The online medium came as an adaptability challenge for the D&I team and community of learners, and like all prior experiences we ended up making this an opportunity for learning and growing! D&I turned into a national and international community of learners: today we have Dreamers in Mumbai, Goa, Rajasthan, Dubai, USA, Mauritius and the UK. And, that’s not it, our efforts to integrate technology into our process have only evolved! The D&I focus, in tandem with the beat of times, shifted to global matters such as the Environment & Energy, the Refugee Crisis, the 2020 COVID-19 Pandemic, and we are set for so much more already!
