Our Approach

We conduct Workshops and Modules of stipulated time frames to make the unbelievable happen.

Dreamers & Innovators believes that:

Team Building

At ‘Dreamers & Innovators’, we believe in learning collectively by holding group discussions around the table. We stress upon a level interaction, where everyone is at par and speaks without the fear of being judged. There is no teacher but yes, there are ‘Curators’ who will closely watch, steer the direction of each session and bring out the best from within each participant.

Games

Concepts are explained using interactive games and activities, all with a twist. We play games such as ‘DOG & THE BONE’, ‘PASSING THE PARCEL’, Role Plays, Pick the chit, Reporters in Action, ‘Guess Who’ and many more.

Interpersonal Skills

The games played are often played as teams. It is a known fact that our brains work very well individually but tend to break down in groups. But, we live in a society where human interaction cannot be ever evaded. At ‘Dreamers and Innovators’, we encourage teamwork, enjoy collaborating with a team and brainstorming ideas. To be receptive to others’ ideas and build on them together is a strength and a lifelong virtue. We are all social beings and the sooner we learn the better it is. We have to learn to deal with others’ emotions and ideas.

Mental Ability

We are growing in an era where we need to understand more than to memorize. Be it dates or other micro details, there is an ease of access to information online and it will be even more readily available in the times to come. We should be able to understand and connect the dots. Keeping this in mind we encourage the use of internet-enabled devices to research and compile the desired information. Then make the presentation and speak with confidence like never before.

2021 has been a fruitful and exciting year at Dreamers & Innovators.

In the year 2021, we went on to create and conduct over 13 different offerings focused on knowledge and skills! From a continued effort towards relevant learning and building an interest in the current affairs of the world, to honing 21st century skills, its been overwhelming to meet the high standards we set for ourselves and to gain the support of so many Dreamers and their parents.
