Just like there is a world post the World Wars, in the 21st century, there is a world post COVID-19. This Pandemic engulfed the world in a seismic shift in way of life, and also forced many into trying times.
At D&I, the module exposes the Dreamers to the analytical approach to understanding the Pandemic. From recognising what traits define pandemics from past to present to understanding how a vaccine is developed. The activities target a focus on comprehension, presentation of research and the ability to find the main concepts around such subject matter.
Most importantly, the Dreamers are encouraged to aspire to bring better solutions to how such problems can be pre-empted and be prepared for.
I don’t think of all the misery, but of the beauty that still remains.”
– Anne Frank
