Earlier in year 2015, Barack Obama, the ex-president formulated a deal called the ‘Iran Nuclear Deal’ in which Iran can do anything according to it well as long as it doesn’t create a nuclear bomb. TThey were only allowed to use 300 kg/month of uranium. Now, when Trump came to power he scrapped the deal and imposed sanction on Iran that they can’t do trade with other countries. This was bad news for India since earlier a barrel for oil (1000) costed us Rs. 1500 but now cost of Rs. 4000 for the same amount. A few weeks ago, Trump gave an exception for India to deal with Iran because we already had a lot of trade of oil such that they were trying to create a passage called char bahar project which decreased the distance between India and Iran. Now, oil price has hit the highest mark in history. It costs Rs. 72. I think, as an Indian that this is not a great news as we have been asked to choose sides and is causing a hole not only in the nation’s but also in my pant’s pocket. But, from a global point of view this can lead to a lot of tension and could also cause WWIII which could be a lot of bombing, destruction and even more loss of people, killing millions if not hundred thousands of people.
